Good morning, my brothers and sisters. I love the image of God wiping away our tears. It is a picture we see in the book of Revelation, and today we read the source of that picture – the book of Isaiah. Isaiah was predicting a day in which God would eliminate death. Death has been defeated on Easter. May we get our hearts ready to party this Sunday.
Isaiah 25:6-9: God will create a feast for all people, will swallow up death, and will wipe away all tears. All people will celebrate that God has saved them.
