Good morning, my church family. Grace and peace to you!
Today, we are hearing from Peter, a sermon to those who witnessed a miracle, the healing of the man at the Beautiful Gate. Peter tells that that he and John are not the cause of the healing, the Risen Christ is the healer. Peter challenges the crowd to repent, and believe in Jesus, the author of our lives. May we all repent of the times that we didn’t witness to the resurrection of Jesus by the way that we lived or by our words. He is still Risen!
Acts 3:12-19: Immediately after the healing of the lame man, Peter addresses the crowds, explaining that the power to heal the man came from the same Jesus that they had crucified. Peter then calls the people to turn back to God.
