A class for younger single and married adults which meets during the Sunday School hour on Sunday mornings.

Footprints (Choir Room)

Group Leader: Mike Kistler

The Footprints class meets in the choir room during the Sunday morning Sunday School hour. Footprints is an adult class with an age range from 45 to 75. The class does not have a set curriculum, they mostly  pick a topic to study, try to find a book about it and read it and discuss what is in each chapter. The class also gets together from time to time outside of church for fellowship. They also provide a meal each year at the Love Chapel meal site. Mike Kistler is listed as the teacher/leader, but anyone in the class can lead if the need is there. The nucleus of the class has been together for probably over 25 years and our door is always open to anyone.

J.O.Y. Class & Fellowship Corner  (200D&E)

Group Leader: Jane Gorbett

The theme of the JOY Class is Jesus first, others second, and yourself last. We adopted that name and theme in the 1970's after moving to Sandy Hook. We are a caring group of about 30 members who take care of the needs of each other whenever illness, death, etc. occur. Our Sunday studies are always Biblically based. Several members serve as discussion leaders on Sundays. Each quarter we have a social event to enjoy fellowship, dining together, and often a musical or some other program.

Various Small Groups

There are various adult small groups that meet at the church and in homes. These small groups are of various age ranges, study various topics, and meet on various days of the week. If you are interested in joining one of these small groups please contact the church office for details.
