John Simpson has a passion for music. This passion has led him to direct the choir here at Sandy Hook Church for over 25 years. His musical range allows him to accompany all types of music from classical to contemporary. The choir is an integral part of worship during our traditional service. Music from the choir enhances our special services on Christmas Eve and Easter Sunday.

     Brian has a heart for worship and comes to us with years of experience leading worship. We are blessed to have his musical talent and experience at this time. Brian and his wife Ryan and their infant son Maddux add amazing depth to an already talented praise team.

     Chad is our youth ministry leader. Teen ministry at Sandy Hook is extreme! They go white-water rafting, play paintball and lazer tag, learn to rappel, campout, play volleyball and basketball, take mission trips and the list just goes on! While fun is important, the focus is on strengthening and deepening their relationship with God. "I have a passion to see young kids grow in their relationships. It means a lot to me to be a part of this." Chad feels the teenage years are an important time in their lives that is often overlooked and wants them to know that their problems are taken seriously. Submerge Youth Fellowship is a comfortable and safe place where teenagers feel free to ask questions and get answers.
